Neon? Ok I'm open to this but nu-rave was so 2006. Anyway, I'm putting the Klaxons out of my mind and clicking on 'Under Moonlight'. Some of the electronic noises in this sound a bit sketchy. The vocal sounds like Editors. The song structure is great and the length is just about right for a radio edit, but they'll need to work on developing some cooler electronic sounds to complement their style.
