www.unsignedbandreview.com (website) is the official website for The Unsigned Band Review. The Unsigned Band Review is an opportunity for musical acts that are unsigned to get feedback, direction, and information to help them progress their musical career. The opportunities available to musical acts on The Unsigned Band Review will change ongoing. All opportunities for musical acts will be available to see by the public on www.unsignedbandreview.com. Musical acts who wish to enter their music must do so using the online entry form (enter now) on the website.

Opportunities for musical acts

By submitting a music act using our online form (enter now) the musical act being entered agrees to the following terms:

i) They will allow The Unsigned Band Review to publish a review of their music and publish any assets related to that musical act including logo, biography, photography, composition, song writing, and any other written part of their offering published on their website or third party website where their information on their act is held.

ii) They will allow The Unsigned Band Review to provide a link to their website and/or a third party website where their music/video/content is published

iii) They will allow The Unsigned Band Review to enter their musical act into all competitions held exclusively on www.unsignedbandreview.com.

iv) It is the musical acts responsibility to make contact with third party organisations offering opportunities on our Site. The Unsigned Band Review LTD takes no responsibility for any part of the application process for third party unsigned initiatives linking into The Unsigned Band Review. The Unsigned Band Review is not responsible for the availability or content of any third party websites or material you access through this Site. If you decide to visit any linked Site, you do so at your own risk and it is your responsibility to take all protective measures to guard against viruses or other destructive elements. The Unsigned Band Review does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, services or information on or available from third party websites or material (including payment for and delivery of such products or services). The Unsigned Band Review is not responsible for any damage, loss or offence caused by or, in connection with, any content, advertising, products, services or information available on such websites or material. Any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the relevant provider of the service.

v) They will allow The Unsigned Band Review to play their music and/or music video on our website, our chosen partners websites, TV, radio, in venues, or anywhere where we se fit to enable promotion of that musical act. Partners/media suppliers of the company may or may not be published on the Site. The Unsigned Band Review LTD will take no responsibility for collecting royalties on behalf of the musical act. If the musical act becomes contracted to a publisher after they have entered The Unsigned Band Review using the online form (enter now) we must be notified by email using our online contact form (contact).

vi) All information published on www.unsignedbandreview.com will be archived and saved on our database meaning that it may be searchable using our self contained search facility (search) for an infinite amount of time.

vii) The Unsigned Band Review Ltd only accepts entries using the online form enter now and will contact the musical act if we require any further information or assets.

viii) Musical acts that are chosen to feature on our website www.unsignedbandreview.com or on any media platform selected by us is chosen by an employee of The Unsigned Band Review LTD or the team of experts who feature on www.unsignedbandreview.com (ubr team). All decisions are final and The Unsigned Band Review will not enter into any discussions or correspondence about why recordings or other material have not been chosen.

ix) After the online form (enter now) has been submitted by the musical acts representative (submit), the email address that has been supplied to us will be sent an automated email to confirm the entry. By submitting the online form that person is agreeing to receive updates by email from The Unsigned Band Review LTD. From time to time we may select third parties to feature on our email updates.

x) You grant us the right to issue publicity concerning the recording and any service or programme in which it may be included, and for such purpose to use and reproduce your name and photograph and recordings or copies of your recording.

xi) By submitting (submit) the online form (enter now) you are agreeing that you are over the age of 18.

xii) By creating an account (becoming a 'ubr band') on UBR - The Unsigned Band Review is only able to offer generic services that are automated within the site structure and not a personal or bespoke service and cannot guarantee a 'review' (feedback from a music specialist or 'team member'. Paid for services with UBR include:

Paid for Membership

3 Month Membership: This includes one review or peice of feedback from a member of the UBR 'team' who is chosen by The Unsigned Band Review NOT the artist. This review will take place within 3 months after the day that the sale is processed. The Unsigned Band Review reserves the right to alter this time frame at any time.

12 Month Membership: This includes one review or piece of feedback from a member of the UBR 'team' within each 3 month period from the day that the sale is processed. The Unsigned Band Review reserves the right to alter this time frame at any time.

Both paid for memberships include an ongoing variety of other benefits including discounts on third party products and services. This benefits are subject to change. The Unsigned Band Review holds no responsibility for those third party products and services, for any business or relationship that occurs between the customer [band] and that third party businesses or individuals on the UBR 'team' or other.

 

General

The Unsigned Band Review LTD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and will post these changes on www.unsignedbandreview.com (terms and conditions).

If these Terms & Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this Site and you should cease using this Site immediately.

If entrants are under the age of 18 a parent or guardian over the age of 18 must submit the online entry form on their behalf.

All information and details provided by you to us are accurate, true and up to date in all respects and at all times.

That any User Generated Content is original to you and you are fully entitled to give the same to us, that nothing in the User Generated Content will infringe the copyright or any other right of any person, breach any contract or duty of confidence, constitute a contempt of court, be defamatory or be calculated to bring any broadcaster or other person into disrepute and that all facts expressed by you in User Generated Content are true to the best of your knowledge and belief, and insofar as your User Generated Content contains any opinions, these opinions are your own and are genuinely and truly held by you; and

You will at all times comply with these Terms & Conditions.

In addition, you agree to indemnify The Unsigned Band Review from any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to the same) made by a third party in respect of any matter in relation to or arising from your use and/or membership arising from any breach or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions by you or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party

All copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in this Site (including the design, arrangement and look and feel) and all material or content supplied as part of the Site, other than "User Generated Content" and "Your Data" (see below), shall remain at all times the property of The Unsigned Band Review or The Unsigned Band Review licensors.
